Christophe Heldoorn is a high-caliber third-generation real estate professional. A native Angeleno, Christophe uses his intricate knowledge of the region to match clients to the stylish, state-of-the-art Southern California home most suitable to their needs.
 
Christophe first studied business as an undergrad at Arizona State University. After he completed his MBA at the University of Southern California, Christophe found his niche in real estate, where he could apply his sociable disposition and slick negotiation skills to transform people’s lives.
 
With years of experience under his belt, Christophe constantly pushes the industry’s boundaries through an innovative and personalized approach. While he offers dependable one-on-one service to buyers and sellers, his main career focus has been working with CPA firms. To date, he has successfully delivered real estate solutions to over 100 firms.
 
Christophe’s high success rate and bold approach haven’t gone unnoticed by the public eye. The industry mogul has made appearances on popular networks like E!, HGTV, Bravo, and AWE. Christophe held the elite honor of speaking at a Residential Real Estate Council national event, an organization highlighting the top 2% of agents in the country. He’s also shared his sharp marketing strategies on the high-volume Real Estate Vision (REV) podcast.
 
Connecting clients to their dream homes isn’t Christophe’s only day job. His affinity for helping people has no ceiling, as exhibited by his volunteer activity aiding the unhoused community at Handle With Care. Mayor Lindsey Horvath also named him an ambassador to West Hollywood for embracing the culture and his philanthropic efforts throughout the city.
 
When Christophe isn’t working hard to win real estate deals, you can catch him hiking the mountains near his LA penthouse. Aside from luxury real estate, his passions include exotic cars, golden retrievers, police pursuits, and discovering new cultures abroad.
